Challenge

More than 54.20% of the start-ups founder, are failing to grow. This is due to factors, such as:

  • Not making data driven decisions because they do not keep track of important data, i.e. revenue drivers
  • Not setting clear KPIs and in turn losing focus
  • Not having the right team
  • Not having a good product marketing plan
  • Not achieving a product-market fit Not having a growth mindset

Why Growth Hacking?

Growth hacking has been the synonym to holistic marketing and experimentation following a sprint approach and turning the marketing tasks from generic, chaotic, and not measurable to a plan with specific deliverables and metrics. Growth Hacking is answering all the challenges above in a very procedural, yet flexible way.

Approach

A free 5-months Growth Hacking Accelerator program that will help startups learn a new way to grow their business, adopt a growth mindset and acquire the knowledge needed to run their company and scale.

All these, while implementing Growth Hacking Strategies that would cost thousands of dollars.

Goal

The goal of the program is to to help in increasing the skillset of up-to 40 start-ups’ founders via a specialized tailored training program and support to the selected start-ups to build their Growth Hacking strategy and up-skill their team through hands-on workshops and masterclasses with real-word case studies.

For 20 of the startups that will graduate the learning part, will be provided 1-to-1 coaching to implement their Growth Strategy and Monitoring the results of the implementation as impacting their sales, marketing, and product KPIs.
